Appointment Rescheduling

At Skinbar by Nicole, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need to reschedule appointments. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to the following rescheduling policy:

1. Rescheduling Appointments:  Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if they need to reschedule an appointment.

2. Notification Period:  For skincare services, we request a minimum of 48 hours of notice for rescheduling. This allows us to manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other clients.
3. How to Reschedule:  To reschedule an appointment, please contact us at glow@skinbarbynicole.com or 650-260-4113 at your earliest convenience. You can also use our online booking system to reschedule if available.

4. Late Cancellations and No-Shows:  A late cancellation is considered when less than the required notice is provided. If a client fails to provide the required notice or does not show up for the appointment (no-show), it will result in a non-refundable deposit.

5. Rescheduling Fee:  Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a rescheduling fee. The fee amount will be communicated at the time of rescheduling.

6. Exceptions:  We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations may occur. In such cases, exceptions to the rescheduling policy may be made at the discretion of Skinbar by Nicole.

7. Repeat Offenders:  Repeat instances of late cancellations or no-shows will lead to the refusal of all future services.

8. Refunds:  Rescheduling fees are non-refundable. If a client chooses not to reschedule and cancels the appointment entirely, the standard cancellation and refund policy will apply.

9. Changes to the Rescheduling Policy:  Skinbar by Nicole reserves the right to modify this rescheduling policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

10. Client Understanding:  By booking an appointment with Skinbar by Nicole, clients acknowledge their understanding and agreement to abide by this rescheduling policy.

Cancellation Policy:

A minimum 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. This allows sufficient time to accommodate other clients. If the cancellation is made within this time frame, your deposit can be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.
