Check-In

We recommend arriving at your scheduled time. This buffer allows you to disconnect, finish any necessary intake forms, and begin your service fully prepared. Please note that arriving late may require us to abbreviate your treatment to stay on schedule for our next guest.

Adjustments & Cancellations

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Should you need to move or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Changes made inside this window, or missed appointments, are subject to a cancellation fee to respect the time reserved.

Wellness & Hygiene

Your health is our priority. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please contact us to postpone your session. We are dedicated to maintaining a pristine, sanitized environment for every person who walks through our doors.

Unplugged Space

Our studio is a sanctuary from the outside world. We ask that you silence all electronic devices upon entry so you can fully enjoy the tranquility of your service.

An Intimate Environment

To preserve a quiet atmosphere for all, we kindly request that you arrive unaccompanied. Please leave children and extra guests at home unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Appreciation

While tips are certainly not a requirement, they are welcomed as a gesture of appreciation for excellent service.
